Mary Ross Mary Ross (CPO, FHC & MORS) is a nationally recognized expert in property management training and consulting specifically for HUD Multifamily Housing (MFH) programs. Ms. Ross is the President and CEO and majority shareholder of Ross Business Development, Inc.
While currently semi-retired, Mary has continued to work with owner/agents, software vendors and HUD with compliance concerns specifically related to TRACS v 2.0.3.A and HOTMA – specifically HOTMA changes that impact HUD’s MFH programs. RBD continues to provide OnDemand training through free RBD FASTClasses and RBD OnDemand Training. RBD also offers Pre-HOTMA and HOTMA policies and forms which are part of the RBD FASTForms library.
